Dania Santos arrived in the United States at age seven with her family, and from that moment forward she got to work. By age nine, she was already serving her community as a translator — bridging the gap between two languages, two cultures, and two worlds. That shaped everything about who she became: someone who shows up, communicates with clarity, and never stops working for the people who trust her.
She went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Class of 2003. She had always been in sales. Real estate was the natural next step.

Dania purchased her own home in Franklinton in 2025 — and it wasn't just a business decision. "I fell in love with the community and the location," she says.
